Did a clean install of jboss-4.0.4GA on default configuration and verified that jboss starts correctly, then added the JBossWS1.0.3 components. When starting jboss I get screens full of error messages starting with: 14:52:27,058 ERROR [MainDeployer] Could not create deployment: file:/D:/jboss-4.0.4/server/defa ult/deploy/META-INF/jboss-service.xml org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: Trying to install an already registered mbean: jboss. ws:service=WebServiceClientDeployer And then multiples of errors like this: 14:52:32,094 ERROR [AbstractKernelController] Error installing to Described: name=ServiceEndpoi ntDeployer state=Not Installed mode=Manual requiredState=Create java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: No ClassLoaders found for: org.jboss.ws.deployment.ServiceEnd pointDeployer I did another clean install setup with the ejb3 configuration with the same results.
