My machine is connected to internet, though its going through Firewall. I tried with the following entry for proxy setting in run.conf: set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dhttp.proxyHost=<proxy host name>-Dhttp.proxyPort=<proxy port> -DproxySet=true But didn't worked. Finally, I tried with the same entry in run.bat and its working fine. I don't know why the server was not able to read the configuration from run.conf Any ways its working for me now.
