Hi, I don't know why but I too have recently started getting this problem. The bug report states this is resolved in 4.0.5sp1, but you can't get that version that I can see. I'm certainly not compiling my own version out of SVN to put into production. Is there a public 4.0.5sp1 coming out soon or some other way to fix the issue using released software?
