Dunno if you know about this or not, but
Java.net is now hosting a Maven repository for a
lot of the javax.{library}. Have a look here if you haven't already:
https://maven-repository.dev.java.net/
It works like a champ for most things. Granted, I don't think they have the full range
of JARs that you may be needing.
