[JBoss Seam] - javascript navigation - jboss-user

is it possible to navigate using javascript?

i've a iframe
and on button click I would like to change the iframe src (src=home.seam)
but I would like first to call homeAction.init method

I can't use pages.xml because I don't like to call this method everytime I refresh
