You can check the jee5 examples. It is buildable against glassfish. Try to build it and look at the ear file generated for the configuration and the directory structure. This shouldn't be too hard. As far as I concern the only difference is only on the library as there are some library that needs to be included if deployed on other appserver other than jboss.
