The JBoss Tools Getting Started Guide gives installation instructions. Simply, it is two
steps:

1) Download and unzip a clean copy of Eclipse for Java EE Developers version 3.4.x.

2) Within the Eclipse Update Manager, add the JBoss Tools plugin URL and let Eclipse
install the plugin.
