hi,
Try this: 

%JBOSS_HOME%\server\all\deploy\jboss-ws4ee.sar\META-INF\jboss-service.xml

and change WebServicePort to the value you want.
 [8081]??

Don´t know if this is what u want but if it works, tell me something.
