Hi,

portal-instances.xml can be used to specify the security constraint for the portlet
declaratively. Here is the link to the reference for 2.6.2.

If you want to do this through UI , you can take a look at the admin portal in your
default installation.

http://localhost:8080/portal/auth/portal/admin
