We have multiple Web Server that talk to Jboss App server using mod_jk load balancer. What we see is that when we bring down Jboss App, the app doesn't get shutdown gracefully and I see errors in mod_jk log file. Is there a way to gracefully shut down Jboss App such that is stops accepting new requests and let old request complete before shutting down.
