Yes, the server is now up and running. To access it, open a browser and point it to
http://localhost:8080.

And yes, if you close the command prompt, then the server will go away.

Also, you are running a very old beta of 5.0. You should either download and use
5.0.0.CR1, or go back to 4.2.2.
