[JBoss Portal] - IDE for development - jboss-user

Hello,

I wanted to know which IDE to use for developing JBoss Portal 2.7 applications ?

What is recommended ?
I downloaded the jboss tools plugins for eclipse, but there is nothing that seems to
relate to jboss portal 2.7 development.
