Thanks for the reply. I deleted the protal folder in data directory and idid the start-up again (by running run.bat). but no help. I am using mysql databases. Tables are created, but all the tables are empty.( i.e jbp_users, jbp_roles, jbp_cms_cmsentry). I checked the log and found nothing suspicious excpet [org.hibernate.hql.ast.ErrorCounter] throwQueryException() : no errors where hibernate related sql statement are logged.
