I see the same problem, 

 JBOSS_HOME: C:\Program Files\jboss-4.0.4.GA\bin\\..
.
JAVA: java
.
JAVA_OPTS: -Dprogr

you have to set the JAVA_HOME variable to the correct path

for example

set JAVA_HOME=path to your jdk and then run
