That is the correct home page. There is nothing in the run script to start your browser and open it at the home page. Remember, this is a server you are starting, not an application. It is expected, in production at least, that no-one from localhost will be using the server, instead there will be many people from remote locations using the server. Also note that the home page does not contain any links for web applications that are deployed to the server, so you still have to enter those URLs manually.
