Ok this might be easier, take the jmx-console.war in the default dir that is an exploded
war file from jboss.

In the work directory for this war  i see

  | +jmx-console
  |     +org
  |     +WEB-INF
  |           +classes
  |     tldCache.ser
  | 

What do you have for this directory structure??
