The text "Could not create deployment" means that it was unable to deploy something, the reason for the deployment failure is on the next line. Even if you did not deploy any applications, there are many applications and services that come with JBoss AS that get deployed. In you case, there are several MBeans that failed to deploy because their names are already registered as having been deployed. It is almost as if those MBeans were declared twice. I would suspect some sort of environment problem. How did you install the app server? If you used the JEMS installer, you might want to try, instead, to get the zip file and unzip it and use that.
