[Tomcat, HTTPD, Servlets & JSP] - Selective Compiling - jboss-user

I am working with JBoss and IntelliJ Idea, using the Jboss Plugin.
I have my project configured to use an exploded WAR.

Every time I make a change to JSP, HTML or CSS files, I need to recompile everything in
order to see any changes.  

How do I configure my app/project so I only compile file sthat have changed?
