Yes, I agree. It works. It wasn't clear to me that the view-id property was the actual name of the file. I'm using facelets and was replacing the file extension with .jsf. I needed to leave it as .xhtml. Once I figured that out, it worked just fine. I though I needed to use the DEFAULT_SUFFIX in the view-id. I didn't. Thanks.
