I have the same problem when simulating a Hibernate syntax error in a SFSB method marked
with @End.
And what is worse, "ERROR [SeamPhaseListener] uncaught exception
java.lang.IllegalStateException: pageflow has not yet started" exception is rethrown
in an endless loop :-(
