Thanks to symbolic links I have it working now but I have one more question: According to http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=DeployTipsAndBuildSampleScripts (the "Exploded EAR, JAR, SAR, WAR Deployment (Option 1)" approach) it would work if I put my .ear and my .war in the _same_ directory (*not* .war inside .ear) and it should work but my JBoss is always looking _inside_ the .ear directory.
