Hi, We are planning on a J2EE application with fair amount of web flow and also expected even more flow in the future. We want to achieve the best performance/price ratio, so what we planned is to use commodity quality desktop PCs to construct a server grid. JBoss AS as a leading open source J2EE server definitely caught our eyes. I've been reading the wiki and this forum and didn't find any specification on the maximum nodes supported in load balancing mode. We are thinking to put a few hundreds servers initially and later may increase to thousands. Can someone please enlighten me on this?
