By default, dashboard and template must exist in default-object.xml . So restore them from
original files

      <if-exists>keep</if-exists>

         <context-name>dashboard</context-name>

....

      <parent-ref/>
      <if-exists>keep</if-exists>

         <portal-name>template</portal-name>
