Then i tested to move +swaref.xsd+ file to +jboss-4.2.3.GA\server\default\deploy\jboss-web.deployer\ROOT.war + location and to rewrite the generated wsdl: change+ http://ws-i.org/profiles/basic/1.1/swaref.xsd http://ws-i.org/profiles/basic/1.1/swaref.xsd+ to +http://localhost:8080/ http://localhost:8080/+swaref.xsd++  . and it works!!!.
