Best start is get JBoss at Work A Practical Guide, O'Reilly by Tom Marrs & Scott
Davis, Also get Ant, Sams by Alan Willianson Etc.

Jboss at work is great but Jboss newer releases have changes so sample code needs some
adjustment, Tom Marrs is great about helping out.
