[JBoss jBPM] - hibernate ignoring hibernate.properties file - jboss-user

We put a hibernate.properties file in the same location as the hibernate.cfg.xml file, but
hibernate ignores the properties file.

We thought it was default behavior to read the properties file after the cfg file.  Is
there something else we need to do to get Hibernate to use the properties file?
