You never said you were running EAP 4.3. For that version, the default config is named 'production'. That config does not do any console logging after bootstrapping (the part of the console log you saw was from the bootstrap). The 'all' and 'default' configs retain the console log after bootstrap, hence the reason you saw more log output when running 'all'. Based on what you say, you are all ready to go.
