When I add 

@In(create = true)
ComponentLayout ....

and display on add.xhtml #{componentLayout} I got different instance.

first submit
cz.bpsolutions.cms.model.ComponentLayout@1f05076

after submit...

cz.bpsolutions.cms.model.ComponentLayout@150388c
