[JBoss Portal] - Copy to dashboard - Not saving settings - jboss-user

I have an issue when I copy a portlet to a dashboard. My guess is that I get a new
instance of the portlet.

Can I get the exact same instance? I have user settings in the portlets that are pretty
much needed for the functionality.
