Code assist will work in JSP for new components. But not in XHTML. We are working on it to make this feature more flexible. In order to add new components to code assist for XHTML you have to add them to \eclipse\plugins\org.jboss.tools.common.kb-*\schemas\tld\Richfaces3_3.xml I hope we will improove this feature in next version of JBoss Tools.
