[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Re-start JBOSS if DB is re-started - jboss-user

I had a doubt whether JBOSS needs to be re-started if DB is re-started. My environment has
JBOSS as the AS and oracle 10g as the database.

I hope, my question is clear. 

Please, help in solving the doubt.
