I should add I know that removing the data in the jbm tables will fix this, but I'd
love to know what causes this.

In addition, I have set:
setDeliveryMode( DeliveryMode.NON_PERSISTENT);

What am I missing to make this queue truly no persistent, and trash message about the max
message limit?
