Hi. Hope this is the right place to ask the questions I'm trying to install JBoss application Server 4.2.2.GA in a very restricted network. In fact all ports are closed by default. In order for Jboss to work i need to know all the ports used by JBoss so they can be opened. My questions are Do the ports get assigned dynamically? Is there a fixed range of port (not taking into account if the ports are change manually)? Hope you can enlighten a JBoss newbie.
