The only thing that needed change to was the following lines in application.xml

From:

  | 	<module>
  | 	    <java>jbpm-3.1.1.jar</java>
  | 	</module>
  | 

To 

  | 	<module>
  | 	    <java>jbpm-3.1.2.jar</java>
  | 	</module>
  |
