[JBoss Seam] - status: Deployment FAILED reason: ejb-jar.xml must either - jboss-user

while deploying jboss seam application I am getting the below error

  status: Deployment FAILED reason: ejb-jar.xml must either obey the right xml s
chema or define a valid DOCTYPE!

can u kindly resolve the above problem
