I created a tkt to jboss and was told "You need to have the mail-ra.jar which is part of the mail-ra.rar in the classpath , mail-ra.rar can be found at the following location $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy." I extracted the jar file and put it in $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/lib and it works. However, if I just extract it in $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy (the same location with the mail-ra.rar) the server will throw exception when trying to deploy it.
