"Stack must not be null" error when using ajax4jsf with seam

another reported having the same problem ... maybe worth a look

I've changed a little bit of the page that was triggering the problem ... basically
removing usage of richfaces ... and the problem seems gone ... I confess I'm a little
bit confused about it ...
