As far as I know JBoss Developer studio has simply bundled all necessary plugins, I have seen only a Beta release at a Red Hat course. It was quite good for Seam integration. Anyway for starting I'd suggest you to download a basic Eclipse version and install just the JBoss IDE plugin, there are instructions in the documentation area....
