[EJB 3.0] - Difference in EJB 3.0 - jboss-user

Apologies for the stupid question, what is the difference between the EJB 3.0 shipped with
Sun and JBoss?

Is it a case that if I am using JBoss app server I must always use the JBoss EJB 3.0 or
something?
