What do I need to do to remove ejb3.deployer from JBoss AS 4.0.4GA? It seems as though simply removing ejb3.deployer doesn't do the trick. Is there a documented dependency tree? I don't need EJB3 it and it's conflicting with my hibernate deployment in that I get the error "Attempt to restart an already started EhCacheProvider" when Hibernate loads from my EAR file.
