If your war had *-object.xml then currently it's a one way process. Meaning such deployment would create an entry in DB but when you undeploy, it does not remove the entry from DB. However, if you create an instance using admin UI, then everything should work as expected. Removing of entry from DB when you remove -object.xml is in pipeline but I can not say when it will be done.
