Which configuration are you running (that is, what is the run command line you are using)? What changes have you made to the configuration? Is this the first time you brought up EAP? Is the java process showing any CPU usage? In other words, does it look like it is looping or does it look like it is waiting on something? What are the last dozen or so lines in the server.log?
