That's it. When you start the server in the "all" configuration, its going
to be cluster enabled. If there are any running instances of JBoss in your network then
this server and the other server together form the cluster.
In your case, i guess there is a running instance of JBoss which is being picked up as
part of the cluster when you start it in "all" configuration.
