Of course it is that simple. I was making it too hard. So I just look up an Entity
Manager via JNDI (somehow, I'll ask about that separately) and run ejb queries to get
the EJB 3 entities I want. I found that "EJB 3 In Action" has a chapter on this
type of EJB 2 -> EJB 3 stuff, which seems like it will help.
