Hi,

Thanks for that,  I got it working now.

I reinstalled eclipse and then added the
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/  update site. And selected the
jboss tools site only and clicked install.

I restarted and I can now see the seam perspective,

Previously i selected all the update site e.g Ganymede update site, eclipse project update
etc.
