[Persistence, JBoss/CMP, Hibernate, Database] - JBPM Hibernate Error - jboss-user

I'm running into an issue when trying to close the JbpmContext object in a finally
block after the application is running for some time:

org.jbpm.persistence.JbpmPersistenceException: couldn't commit hibernate session

Han anybody else seen this issue?  We are using MySql 4.
