you can find it in jboss-portal.sar/lib/tomahawk.jar

Also you probably need to upgrade other myfaces libs to handle dependencies. They are
shipped with AS in: 

jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\deploy\jbossweb-tomcat55.sar\jsf-libs\
