The SOAPFaultException class is in server/all/lib/jboss-jaxrpc.jar. It should find it. As far as getting anything up and running, I would first try JBossAS 4.2.2 + Portal 2.6.4 + MySQL, running in the 'default' config, and without JBoss Native. If you can restart that then at least you will know that it has something to do with configuration. Then add in JBoss Native. Then Move it to the 'all' config (btw, if your network is not setup correctly, weird things can happen when you run the 'all' config).
