It would appear that you are attempting to run a JBoss AS configuration that supports clustering, and there is an issue with your network. Unless you absolutely need clustering, I suggest running a non-clustering configuration. You did not say how you installed JBoss AS. If via the JEMS installer, install it again, this time picking the 'default' configuration (don't pick 'all'). If you installed using the zip file, run the 'default' configuration.
