I have deleted all the other sites now from Eclipse Update Site except these ones: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/ http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5 So if i get you right i should keep trying this for a while longer.
